Nose: Blackberry and cassis on the nose
Palate: Blackberry flavours with hints of toffee, vanilla and soft tannins.

IN THE CELLAR
Malolactic fermentation took place in new and second fill American and french medium toast oak barrels and matured for 15 months before bottling.
